Shipping Information
  • Bitty Chip is not responsible for orders lost by USPS.

  • Bitty Chip is not responsible for delays caused by USPS.

  • Bitty Chip is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen.

  • Bitty Chip typically ships with USPS but reserves the right to change mail carriers with no extra charge to the customer.

  • We bake cookies to order and generally can ship orders placed before 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time Wednesday, for shipment on Wednesday and Thursday.

  • Orders placed for shipping after Wednesday at 11:00amEST will be shipped the following Monday.

  • There may be a time in which a scheduled Friday delivery gets delayed until Monday, due to USPS delays. Since Bitty Chip cookies are baked fresh daily, they will still be fresh and delicious when they arrive - with further preservation instruction.

  • Frozen dough will not be shipped.

  • Bitty Chip ships within the continental United States.

  • If you are placing a large order (bigger than 3 orders) or want information about shipping a large order, please email us at

  • If you made a mistake placing your order and it hasn't shipped yet, email us at with your order information.

  • At this time, our website is unable to send one order to multiple address locations. Please place a separate order for each address.

  • Customers will get a shipping confirmation email when their order has shipped. Please make sure to check your spam folder if you have not received it by Wednesday afternoon of that week.

  • Bitty Chip does not accept returns.

Local Delivery Information
  • Local Charleston, South Carolina orders will be delivered on Wednesday or Friday of the week the order is placed. Customer is given an option for delivery day at checkout. For special delivery, email us at

  • Delivery fees:

    • $3 for South Mount Pleasant area

    • $5 for North Mount Pleasant, Sullivan's Island, and Isle of Palms

    • $10 for all other surrounding Charleston areas

  • If delivery cannot be completed on the day and location indicated by the customer, customer will forfeit their order and will not be refunded. This includes but is not limited to: delivery locations being closed, apartments not accepting orders for residents, suite numbers not indicated on delivery instruction, coolers not being left out for frozen dough, etc.​

  • If you ordered frozen dough, you must leave a cooler on your porch by 7AM the morning of your chosen delivery day. Frozen dough orders will not be left without being placed in a cooler.
