How does ordering work?You can inquire about custom orders and cookie cakes on our website. Dates for our local popups will be promoted on our Instagram. Dates for our seasonal restocks will be promoted on our Instagram, as well.

How do I get my cookies?Cookies can easily be purchased at our local popups. You can find our popup locations on our Instagram or by contacting us. You can also inquire about larger cookie orders by filling out our custom order form or custom cookie cake order form. We are able to ship custom cookie orders but not cookie cakes. Pickup of custom orders will always be at Two Brunettes boutique on 835 Coleman Boulevard in Mount Pleasant.

Where do you deliver?Deliveries can be arranged in the local Charleston area for a fee depending on mileage. Fees will be calculated and agreed upon in the quote process. Fill out a quote form for custom cookies here and custom cookie cakes here.

What if my delivery cannot be completed?If delivery cannot be completed on the day and location indicated by the customer, customer will forfeit their order and will not be refunded. This includes but is not limited to: delivery locations being closed, apartments not accepting orders for residents, suite numbers not indicated on delivery instruction,coolers not being left out for frozen dough, etc.

Can I return or cancel my order?Bitty Chip does not accept returns or cancellations. If you encounter any problems, please contact hello@bittychipcookies.com.

Do your cookies contain wheat/dairy/nuts or other allergens?Bitty Chip Cookies are not baked in an allergen free environment. Our products are not recommended for those with severe allergies as they may contain or be prepared in a facility with eggs, milk, wheat, soy, and nuts. Our cookies also contain gluten.

How should I store my cookies?Customers tell us our cookies can stay good storged in their packaging for up to 2 weeks. We, however, cannot guarantee cookie quality past ~3 days of cookie packaging being opened. To ensure longterm quality we recommend freezing your cookies in a freezer safe container (not the bags they come in) for up to 2 months. Frozen cookies can be reheated in the oven at 350° for 8-10 minutes. Do not thaw frozen cookies before baking. Do not reheat frozen cookies in the microwave (for safety and quality purposes.) Do not consume thawed frozen cookies.

How do I bake my frozen dough?1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. 2. Place frozen dough directly onto parchment-lined cookie sheet an inch apart. Do not defrost dough. Bake in oven on center rack. 3. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. 4. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 3-5 minutes then remove from sheet to cooling rack. 5. Enjoy!
